Lucy Wigley writing in Women and Home considers the current situation with regards WASPI women and compensation recommended by the Ombudsman. It reflects on the decision by ministers to rethink the decision on compensation.
She quotes some of the effects of the maladministration and the ongoing financial implications many face. She also points to the number of women who will never see justice as the number of WASPI women who have died rises on a daily basis.
WASPI is currently asking supporters to send an email to their MP urging them to write to the secretary of State to make the decision recommended by the Ombudsman.
