With the backing of our members and supporters WASPI pledged to challenge the Government’s decision not to compensate us for the maladministration by the DWP.

By denying us opportunities to make informed decisions the Department for Work and Pensions caused maladministration, and in turn injustice, which the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman says should be remedied.

With your help we will fight on by asking the High Court to make the Ombudsman system work properly by forcing the Government to make a lawful decision.
