Govt to take 12 weeks to reconsider WASPI redress

FT Advisor’s Alina Khan reporting on the agreement reached between WASPI and the Government with respect to the Judicial Review. The article discusses the different aspects of the agreement and offers a quotation from Angela Madden, chair of WASP as well as a potted history of WASPI’s campaign.

The article includes a DWP dismissal of WASPI claims but fail to offer much in the way of clarity as to why . Evidence from the Court Order suggest WASPI is quite correct in it’s reading of the situation.
