Government responds to WASPI JR claim – 17 April 2025

The Government has now sent our lawyers its Acknowledgement of Service and Summary Grounds of Resistance documents – in other words, its first line of defence.

The gist of their response is:- “We are the Government, it’s for us to decide what to do about the Ombudsman’s report, we have been rational, so there’s nothing to see here, Judge, and don’t make a cost capping order as that’s unfair”
