The Express continues it’s coverage of the Cost Capping order WASPI has succeeding in obtaining. This article focuses on the cost of the case to the taxpayer.

What the Express fails to mention is that right from the beginning WASPI had urged the Government to meet and seek a resolution through mediation. This was refused and WASPI has had no option but to continue with an expensive court case.
