After a Long Election Campaign

Hundreds of candidates who actively support WASPI’s calls for Fair and Fast compensation have been elected to this new Parliament, including over 70 Liberal Democrat MPs, steadfast in their commitment to justice for 1950s women.

With this majority Labour has a strong mandate for change. It’s time for them to act on their MP’s and candidates’ support for WASPI and deliver a Fair and Fast Compensation scheme in the first 100 days of this Parliament.

Ignoring the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman’s report would set the wrong tone for an administration that seeks to govern with “the highest set of integrity and honesty”. Labour cannot let down 3.6 million WASPI women at the first hurdle.
