This article is focussed on the WASPI Judicial Review, particularly the new evidence presented by the DWP to the court. This evidence has been considered by the WASPI legal team has opened up a range of further evidence for WASPI to seek permission to present at the Judicial Review. The legal team have no concerns about the pages of new evidence and look forward to the hearing in December.
