Great News!

It’s a landmark moment for the WASPI Campaign. The High Court has granted a judicial review into the reasons the Government decided not to pay compensation to WASPI women. This is an important point in our campaign for justice.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to make this happen. Senior judges say the challenge by WASPI campaigners “ought to be considered at a final hearing”, paving the way for an initial hearing to take place within weeks

The High Court is also urgently listing an ‘interim’ hearing to consider WASPI’s application for a costs capping order. Without this financial safeguard, WASPI may be forced to withdraw the case and is now calling on supporters to help raise further funds for the legal challenge.

The money raised is ringfenced for WASPI’s legal costs.
